Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed.


Shipping Times & Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

International Shipping

  • International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry — carriers sometimes take a moment to scan packages into their system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or holidays).
